At NAILS GALLERIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Refund Policy:

- Returns must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Exchanges:

- Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal or lesser value.
- Exchanges must be shipped back to us within 3 days of delivery.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

Exceptions:

- Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items that have been altered or damaged in any way are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

2. Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.

Warranty:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery and we will replace or refund your item(s) free of charge.
